I've been dealing with some balance issues lately and came across a supplement called Vertigenics (saw it reviewed here). It has ingredients like Zinc, Berberine, Ginseng, and Milk Thistle, which seem promising for overall health anyway.
Has anyone here tried it or know someone who has? I'm looking for actual experiences, good or bad. Not interested in hype or sales pitches, just real feedback from people who've used it.
