Alright, so has anyone else fallen into the Dr. Berg YouTube rabbit hole? The dude talks a lot about keto, fasting, and all kinds of health stuff. At first, I was like, “Okay, this makes sense,” but the more I watched, the more I started side-eyeing some of his advice. Like… is this legit? Or is he just trying to sell his supplements?
I’m not trying to hate—maybe some of his tips actually work—but some of it sounds way too good to be true, and I can’t shake the feeling it could backfire for people dealing with REAL health problems...
